Attention: The products' color and size may be varied with the images shown. Exchange or refund will not be accepted with such reasons.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inform us through email at contact@why-harness-global.com for return request within 10 days after you receive the product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3 workings days. If you are approved, you may return to us the product and please ensure you are returning the correct product as the policy apply only once for each purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the product tags are intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging (e.g. product sticker, dust bag, packing bag, paper bag, extra accessories and so on). Why Hong Kong will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for all the approved return products.
