Shipping Policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

We promise to ship out your orders within 3-10 working days. Your order will be delivered by SF Express/ Hong Kong Post/ Fedex/ DHL, etc.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

For Overseas orders, we will send by "freight collet". Delivery normally takes 7-21 working days. Orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

Taiwan orders are usually shipped by SF Express. When placing an order, please provide your full Chinese name, mobile phone number, and ID number on the checkout page. If you use a commercial unified code, please provide the company name.

Overseas orders may sometimes take longer to ship due to air freight delays, customs detentions or any other unforeseen complications beyond our control.

STORE PICK UP

You also can come to our shops to pick up your order. Please choose “Pick-Up” as a delivery method on checkout page. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up point, pick-up date and time within 3 workings days after receive your order.
